Natural Leather Characteristics
Genuine leather products display unique variations in grain, colour, and texture. Natural features such as scars, wrinkles, and creases may be visible, and over time, the leather may soften, develop a patina, or change in appearance. Such variations are inherent to all genuine leather and are not considered defects.

Natural Timber Characteristics
Natural timber products display unique variations in grain, colour, and texture. Knots, filled areas, and butterfly joints may be visible, and over time, these features may shift, develop small cracks, or change in appearance. Such variations are normal characteristics of all timber species and are not considered defects.

Natural Stone Characteristics
Marble and other natural stone products display unique variations in veining, colour, and texture. Natural features such as fissures, pits, and mineral deposits may be visible, and over time, these characteristics may subtly change in appearance. Such variations are inherent to all natural stone and are not considered defects.
